Publisher's summary

Pippa MacMillan is a legend on the Irish folk music scene. But when her voice requires a time-out, she's left wondering how - and where - to find happiness in the silence....

Seeking answers, Pippa leaves Ireland in favor of a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Turns out lovely Blue Hollow Falls is the perfect place to heal - and solitary Seth Brogan is the surprisingly perfect host. After all, Seth is beginning again too: turning his renovated stone barn and beautiful hillside into a vineyard is the start of a whole new life for the former Special Forces soldier. Only Mother Nature keeps thwarting both their plans, leaving Pippa snowbound with unsettling thoughts about how life can take unexpected turns....

To Pippa's surprise, she might actually fall for small-town living. She might even fall for Seth, whose quiet strength is a balm for her world-weary soul. But when the music starts once more, will she follow her fortune back to Ireland, or surrender to the call of her heart?

Gorgeous story, lovely narration performance

Coming from a country area I understood the dynamics of such places, Donna Captured it perfectly. This touching story really got me in, I couldn’t stop listening. I didn’t want it to end but when it did I shed a few tears. I great narration added to the dimensions of the characters.

Heartfelt read

Although I liked the other books in Ms. Kauffman's is, I think the story overall was the best written and told yet. The audio, characters, and setting some to me the most. I'm so sucker for a well done Irish
Accent (Phipps).

Another winner in The Blue Hollow Falls Series!

I recently picked up the first Blue Hollow Series audiobook, narrated by Amanda Ronconi, because it was listed under the "More from the same narrator" section. I'm so glad I did! As soon as I finished Blue Hollow Falls, I grabbed Bluestone and Vine so I could find out if the Viking-esque sidekick Seth Brogan gets his own HEA. In this book, we're introduced to the delightful Pippa MacMillan from Ireland, who finds sanctuary - and maybe a little more! - in Blue Hollow Falls.

Another lovely sweet romance with realistic characters in a slightly contrived situation, but with enough quirk and humor and realness to the community and supporting characters to make the book an easy and enjoyable listen.

Ms. Kauffman knows how to pen a love story that makes a listener's heart happy, and Ms. Ronconi knows how to narrate a love story - ANY story, in fact - to make a listener's ears happy. She does a great job of distinguishing characters - good male and female and various aged voices!

Sex - some open door
Language - now and then
Violence - none except for references to past experiences
Substance abuse - none except for references to past experiences
Social drinking - some

Looking forward to the next audiobook in the series!

Beautiful story with humor and soul

If you love the mountains, the Irish, music or just a great romantic read, this book is for you. Pippa and Seth are wonderful main characters (especially Pippa!) but the neighbors and townspeople give the story extra depth. I came to love them all. The ending is beautiful!

follow the series

A very well written story. it will make you smile and bring you to tears.
The only negative I have is the voice of Pippa with the Irish brogue sounded more like a man than a woman most of the time . It was difficult to tell who was speaking and interrupted the flow of the story.
