Publisher's Summary

He left the bar with a girl he didn’t know for the wildest night, one that would never end, of his life. Her gift to him was immortality. The gift came with a price: a diet of human blood.

Forget capes, coffins, bats, wooden stakes, and garlic. Follow a former real estate salesman on a journey that begins with his death and leads to a life of a living dead full of hunger, hunting, and betrayal.

Chuck Dixon returns to tell the horror story of a man who wakes up in a cheap motel room to find that his life is over, and death is not the end.

“Chuck is a damn good writer who is really good at hooking you, giving you fun characters, and telling you one hell of an adventure story.” - Larry Correia, author of Monster Hunters International and the Grimoir Chronicles

“Chuck Dixon’s prose is a perfect weld of muscular writing with razor edge wit and storytelling.” - Beau Smith, creator of Wynonna Earp

A fresh take on the tired vampire genre

Chuck Dixon is one of those writers that understands character development and plot in such a way that both always feel natural and organic.
This story moves along at a good clip with narry a lull to lose your attention. Chuck adds his own spin to the usual Vampire tropes that enhance what has come before.
Took me a short bit to get used to Jon Mollison's voice and delivery but afterwards he really sinks in to the characters.
Give this one a try if you're looking for something new in the Vampire genre

Adventures of a Blood Junkie

A detailed expose' of contemporary vampire existence and one vampire's decision to go rogue. The story flows nicely, but ends without an ending. The narration is excellent. Some vital questions about vampire ways are left unanswered. Who becomes dead vs who becomes undead isn't explained.
