Publisher's Summary

"Radomir handled the meeting, because Gavin wanted to kill Norian Keef. Norian sat inside Gavin's office at the palace, nervously tapping a foot. That in itself irritated Gavin to the point of red-eyed, lengthy-fanged murder. Radomir worked to calm Norian while Gavin looked on, mentally considering the many painful ways Norian might meet his end."

Assignments are handed out at the end of every Conclave, and Lissa has been given the assignment to act as Liaison for the ASD (Alliance Security Detail) - the founder and 20 charter members of the Reth Alliance have made that decision. As Lissa says, "you don't show up for the meeting, you get the assignment." She doesn't realize, at first, that the founder intends her position to be hands-on.

Norian Keef, Director of the ASD, is hot on the trail of Solar Red, which is working its way into the Alliance, posing as legitimate religions and offering payouts to kings and governors to slip past Alliance rules. Solar Red has hired Black Mist to kill Lissa, but Black Mist has its own agenda where Lissa is concerned.

Viregruz, Black Mist's founder, has a personal vendetta against Lissa and will stop at nothing to eliminate the Vampire Queen. All it will take, in his estimation, is a few unguarded words to one of the spies placed on Le-Ath Veronis.

First rate, AWESOME!!!!!

If you could sum up Blood Redemption in three words, what would they be?

Super-Delicious, Hilariously AWESOME!!!!!

What did you like best about this story?

That King Rego's voice is better than before.
Thanks for considering my suggestion.
If it isn't too much trouble for the last on in this series can you
lower his voice 1-2 more octaves?
That will make him as manly sounding as his actions.

Have you listened to any of Traci Odom’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I think Traci Odom should continue next with
The Saa Thalarr Series, High Demon Series & The God Wars Series.
I love all her works. I understand how much of a strain it must be to keep
up with so many character voices. that is why it is important for her fans
to tell her when there is a need for a little improvement.
I think she's great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I really don't have a special moment. It is all special to me.
I am just glad that Lissa is becoming more of a Queen & less of a pansy.
I mean, she lets the ASD push her around.
She deserves more respect than that.

Any additional comments?

I can't wait for book 10 in this series.
Also, when are you going to put the rest in audible, namely:
Blood Destiny Prequel The Saa Thalarr Series (Connie Suttle) Books In Series 2
Blood Destiny Sequel 1 High Demon Series (Connie Suttle) Books In Series 6
Blood Destiny Sequel 2 God Wars Series (Connie Suttle) Books In Series 5
Blood Destiny Sequel 3 The R-D Series (Connie Suttle) Books In Series 3
Blood Destiny - First Ordinance Book 5 - WhiteWing
Blood Destiny - Latter Day Demons Book 3 - A Demon's Due
already have them all in Kindle & can't wait to here them in audible.
By the way, I think Shiromi Arserio should do The R-D Series

So much cringing. I’m done.

So much sexual assault being casually ignored in this book by the MC and all of her “husbands”/wannabe husbands. The MC needs therapy. A lot of it. She can’t say no to any man that throws themselves at her and declares undying love. Just because she doesn’t want to hurt their feelings?

Completely ridiculous lawsuit being treated like a real thing with any real consequences. She literally has the power of a goddess and she’s worried about the result of a lawsuit filed on a DIFFERENT PLANET that isn’t even a member of the alliance of planets that she cares about. They can demand whatever they like. Let them try to actually collect. Whatever.

I’m done with this series now.

please re do this Audible program

Whoever decides who the Reader is : Whenever there is a story written and spoken by one gender, but most of the characters are of the other gender - hire two genders: one for each. This reader is not Jim Dale - who else can successfully pull off 59 character voices? Use TWO READERS : one for Male, one for female. it is PAINFUL listening to this series on Audible (and I have it jacked to 135% speed). it's an interesting and fun series -please RE DO the Audible program.

Just better and better

This was the best book in the series. So many mates who are as powerful with pure love for Lissa. In this book she has additional duties besides the planets she protects. The twins are my favorite of her mates. Looking forward to the last book in the series.

Reasonable story

This is like the curates egg 'good in parts' I enjoy sections of the story line, particularly the events around Shadow Gray and the emotional bomb dropped on Lissa by Shadow's father and Grandfather.
Lissa gains yet another member of her harem, Norian Keef a member of the Alliance Security Detail which, I found difficult to accept. It seems she can not work with a good looking man without taking him in to her harem.
Overall its a Good storyline with enough complexity to keep me interested.
