A New Twist on Vampire Lore
"Blood Heretics" by Martin Wilsey is a riveting read that breaks away from his usual sci-fi narratives. This time, he delves into the realm of vampires, from the newly turned to the most seasoned. The book uncovers the hidden world of these creatures living among us, setting off an intense chase that's sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
The story kicks off with Timothy Beck, a priest who's been recruited to join a team of vampire hunters. He's joined by Hodge, a hardcore blonde with her own mysterious past. Then there's the intriguing duo, Rhys and Sykes, who have their own share of dark secrets. The dynamic among these four characters drives the plot, taking you on a roller coaster ride of unexpected twists and turns.

Fast Moving Story
I liked this book but found some of the sudden scene changes a little jarring. The narrator did a good job but this might be better as an ebook. Looking forward to the next book.

Waiting for the next book
I am looking for the next book. This book had me hooked within a few minutes into it, with continuous action. The many layers of the story keep me on the edge waiting for the next turn of the page to see what was next. Mr. Wisley is a great storyteller. Let's not wait for 30 yrs for book 2.
