Both sides

Although it's evident from the very beginning where the author stands, I feel that it still gives the reader a view of both sides. I'd be curious to hear someone's view from within the clinic also. It has helped me understand more my own personal views and for that, I'm grateful. 😊

This is an amazing story of perspectives on both sides of the fence around an abortion clinic.

Excellent 5 star book

I found this book an easy listen as well as informative. It’s anything but dull & I highly recommend it! I thought the movie was excellent & find the book even 10 times more excellent so it’s certainly worth your time!

Life changing

I'd like to think no matter what side of the fence your on, that this riveting true story of Abby, who has been on both sides... emotionally and logically opens all our eyes. How one young person can easily be taken into a career in which she truly thinks she is helping- then to experience of watching the life of a baby be brutally killed before her very eyes and how God took Abby to that moment. 5 Stars, can't wait for the movie coming out in 2019! very enlightening. I know know praying for PP workers is just as important.

Doesn't Get Old

I have listened to this book so many times. It's better than the movie even and much more detailed.

It's an emotional roller coaster

I loved it from start to finish. The author has been through a lot of soul searching. I suspect she still is. The narrator did an amazing job reflecting that. Some will critique the veracity of her tale or putting thoughts in people's heads. Both criticisms are understandable. But on the latter, you can pick any autobiography or non fiction book on current events and find the same. In Abby's defense, she talked to those she did this on to get a full picture of their (and hers) last struggles regarding her exit from Planned Parenthood and the subsequent court case.
I choose to believe Abby but as with many women, this is an extremely difficult topic (which she addresses from the start). She acknowledges how there's good and bad faith actors on both sides of the fence.

Such an emotional yet moving story. Johnson really tells you both sides of the story in a fair & balanced way.

Genuine and touching <3

I loved hearing this woman's powerful story! So genuine and real, and challenging to my own heart regarding the power of prayer and my own commitment to prayer. I haven't in a very long time had a book I felt like I couldn't put down, but this one did!

Importance of this book

After reading this book as an audiobook I realize how much this young lady shared in the journey I had as a post abortive woman who went to a Houston Planned Parenthood to have an abortion in my 20s. I am now a strong advocate of helping women heal from the FX of abortion and I definitely have been in lightened as to how much the people working in the abortion industry need our prayers and need our consistent faith that they will to someday realize this is not what will solve the “ problems “ of the world. People are already too broken and need attention care and love not a way out that will cause more detrimental emotional psychological and physical damage. Inspiring and hopeful

The narrator did and excellent job conveying the emotion of the story. The subject is highly controversial, but this story tells the tale of how much we can all change, and left me feeling hopeful of the future.
