He’s the best story teller ever!

I’ve always loved Billy Crystal & When Harry Met Sally is my favorite movie of all time. I knew quite a bit about Billy before listening to this book. I read 700 Sundays, which I loved. I love hearing about his start and how that things all really happen for a reason, which I’ve always believed. I loved this book! It made me laugh & cry but most of all understand what a wonderful man Billy Crystal is. I loved learning about his relationships with Micky Mantle & Mohamed Ali, his family, lifelong friends. The list of those he touches goes on and on. I didn’t want it to end!

Still Funny and Charming

I've liked Billy Crystal since he was Jodie in TV's Soap. He's made a few very good movies. In his mid-60s when he wrote this book, he was still funny and charming. One fault I found was that some chapters were performed before a live audience. I prefer my audiobooks without a laugh track. Also, sometimes he reached a bit too far for a laugh rather than sticking to the story. Those minor faults aside, this was an interesting and entertaining look at a talented, hard-working and dedicated actor, comedian, director, writer and human being who has had a rewarding life. You won't be disappointed.

Made life on this planet feel richer!

I appreciated and enjoyed his perspective, his humor and his love and passion for life and his family.

Great story from a great comedian/person!

It's always nicer to have the subject of an audiobook be the narrator as well. Billy's delivery was great, and his stories are hilarious. It was a good mixture of comedy bits intermingled with personal anecdotes, and I'd recommend it to anyone that has a pulse, and maybe even for those who don't!
