Shallow and Dull.

What disappointed you about Ricky Gervais?

First half reads like an embellished Wikipedia entry. Second half reads like a 14-year-old recapping the plot of every episode of The Office. Boo. I'm sure Ricky Gervais' life is much more interesting than this book.

What could Michael Heatley have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Dive deeper. More anecdotes, details and stories. Less recaps of The Office episodes.

How could the performance have been better?

The performance is too monotone. More inflection.

very interesting

I love all the work that he does he is a takeaway on his present work so his beginnings show up now in his newer work such as the afterlife and so it's it's a great buck worth a listen
