A terrific honest autobigraphy

Alec Baldwin says it like it is - what he believes it is, anyway. I found him gregarious, sensitive, sometimes angry, happy - the whole gamut. It was an interesting listen on Audible and I'm glad he read it himself. He says at the end that it is his 2nd book, and now I'm going to seek his first. It gave a great look at his life and many glimpses of a lot of famous and less famous extremely talented actors. It was painfully honest. Glad I bought it. A+

Good Read and kept me listening and laughing.

Enjoyed very much, He has some funny comments about his ex wife. Recommend reading for anyone's who thinks they have problems in life.

Truly Engaging

Nevertheless, is well written and is even better when Alec Baldwin reads his own words aloud to you. His memoir is engaging with stories of both his professional life, as well as his personal life.

It was interesting and enjoyable. It was a nice insight on his life. I recommend it.

wonderful , wonderfully told narrative

I couldn't listen to it as much as I wanted. It was amazing. I loved listening to his struggles and his Triumph and the end almost made me cry. He's an amazing man, a fantastic actor, and I think he's great. He's one of those people that is so deep and so full of life and knowledge that if you got stranded on a desert island with them you would not be bored.

As we all are but open and honest and willing to embrace this experience we call living! He seems to have discovered the art of finding peace and hope for the future. A good read.

Would you consider the audio edition of Nevertheless to be better than the print version?

Maybe. Most definitely. With Alec Baldwin narrating the book, the audio version has got to be better.

Baldwin's impressions of stars like Al Pacino. Just priceless.

The man himself. His narration was down-to-earth and heartfelt from the first minute until the very end.
