The narration was horrible. No editing whatsoever so you had to listen to the narrator attempt and struggle on several occasions to pronounce names and words...often unsuccessfully.
I would have enjoyed this book had I read it the old fashioned way.
This excellent book focuses on the history of black stand up comedians and their stories. It also provides a great insights into how comedy and what is acceptable has changed. Great listen!
