Very informative..

I've never considered myself a binge eater before listening to this book. When I think of binge eaters I'm picturing someone who's severely overweight and I'm far from it. But now I know my senseless
eating puts me in the binge category. This book not only brings bad eating habits to your attention, but also gives tips for better habits for a healthier lifestyle. I would definitely recommend the narrator (who did a great job) and the book. I was given a free copy of this book at my request and have voluntarily decided to leave this review.

Great Insight to Binge Eating

Having battled with binge eating my whole life, this book helped me to learn what triggers those urges. There are several books or there about the topic, but this one helps you to understand what triggers binge eating, what effects binge eating had on your body, and provides a guide on how to overcome the drive to binge eat.

The narration of this book was done very well. The narrator was pleasing to listen to.

Great resource for a common problem

Binge eating is a very common issue, and one that I've experienced myself. As Louis CK once said, meals aren't over when I'm full; meals are over when I hate myself.

This audiobook offers a lot of very helpful guidance on how to limit portions, curb overeating, and address the most common causes of binge eating. I found it tremendously useful for my own life. Definitely recommended.

AWESOME!

I am a very impulsive eater, always looking for what tastes good instead of what I SHOULD EAT.
I learned a lot by listening to this audiobook, and how to recognize the signs, and do things about it.

Very helpful and informative, definitely worth the listen :)

Self Help for binge eating

Binge eating is a real problem plaguing many people these days. I found this short listen to be quite eye opening. Charlie Mason has present the information in a way that the listener/reader can easily understand. A great resource to have.

great synopsis and starting point for self-help

This is a great start to understand our behavior and what steps to take to improve ourselves and overcome the struggle. its short and sweet and not drawn out. something you can listen to a few times to get the points as habit for self talk.

What I needed to hear

This is my first time using this app, and I decided to pick this topic because I’ve been having issues with my eating disorder. I wish this book kind of gave more information or be more personal in a way but it helped me a lot to realize that I shouldn’t put so much pressure on myself, When I was listening it was like he was reading my mind, every little word he said. he also included that we are stuck on the idea of what a perfect body is or not giving ourselves enough credit and how damaging social media can be, that it can effect the way we think about ourselves negatively which is so true in today’s society.

Useful information for all!

When I see a title like this, I usually think about someone who has a real problem, but we all do it! As this book illistrates, even if it's only from time to time, we all binge eat! The author clearly spells out many reasons why we do this and gives useful suggestions on how to avoid or work with the desire in a healthier way.

Great information in regards to binge eating

Breaks down and reveals what binge eating is and how to see all the possible ways you get into patterns of doing it and how to help stop. It gives many tips and ways to stop yourself from binge eating, and how to notice the things that cause you to fall into these patterns. It was very concise, informative and easy to listen to. The narration was well done and helped bring all the information across clearly and at a good pace. A great book to help start a healthier life, and what better place to start than with your diet.

Charlie Mason does it again!

If there is a topic that you are interested in and you want a well thought out, well researched, well written, digestible audiobook about it, chances are Charlie Mason either has written or is likely to someday write just that audiobook. I love this guy’s stuff! From cookbooks to weight training manuals, he does it all! This is especially important to me because I love to eat! If you love to eat, and are wondering if you love to eat maybe too much, Charlie Mason wrote this book for you.

This book helps you clarify your relationship to food, whether you have a problem or not. It is helpful without being judgmental. I really enjoyed this audiobook.
