Author frequently contradicts herself

The author quickly covers several different fasting options, jumping from one to the other with little info or scientific evidence to support each option. I found it slightly confusing in that the author would make a recommendation and immediately contradict herself. The book even stated that fasting could generally have negative effects on blood sugar levels for women but was good for men. On a positive note, her voice was pleasing to hear.

I've tried to working out at the gym

I've tried to working out at the gym but I can't lose weight because when I get home I ended up eating a lot, all that I worked out just go on to waste. I got curious about this audiobook because of its description and leads me to listen to it. I really enjoyed listening to eat everytime it suggest a cure to overeating, I was nodding my head. This gave me a lot of ideas to stop overeating and be healthy. I will do the steps I learn from this book and hopefully gain my dream body.

Maintain my healthy life

I am very thankful for this audio book about binge eating of being so helpful and useful to me, listening to this audio book makes me do the proper ways of dieting and eating proper and healthy foods to maintain my healthy life.

Overeating has always been my problem

Overeating has always been my problem and it kindly runs to our family and I don't want to just stay in this state because my sister is now in the hospital and have developed a disease in her body because of how she eats. That's why I listened to this audio book about binge eating, I like that this book suggest steps to stop the habit of eating and to take control of it. I was very glad I listen to this book and I will share what I learned to my family.

I want to lose weight for the summer this year

I want to lose weight for the summer this year, the holiday season just passed and because of that I gained weight and my body seems to adapt to that kind of eating. I've been really eating and getting hungry a lot. I then saw this audio book about Binge eating and when I listen to eat I feel related to this kind of eating and started to take massive action to stop my habit of eating and I feel after my craving for food have lessen because of the steps that I followed from this audio book. This has been really helpful for me.

My sister seems to have this disorder

After I listened to this book I learned about this eating disorder called binge eating and how it is bad for our body. My sister seems to have this disorder because I've been seeing that every time we pass through each other I always saw her eating food. To show my concern with her I will suggest this book to her, I really hope this would help her and motivate her to stop her habit of eating too much.

I never knew I had this binge eating disorder

I never knew I had this binge eating disorder, I only knew about it after listening to this audio book. I can tell because before I am eating every hour and my hungry seems everlasting. With this audio book, I was able to cure it, I don't feel hungry so much anymore by trying the suggested cure in this audio book which is the intermittent fasting. Highly recommend this with persons who experience this habit as I am.

I've learned and discovered a lot of things

As I played this book about binge eating I've learned and discovered the negative effects of bad eating habits. I've also learned several ways on how to prevent illness and diseases cause by this habit. I think one the reason why many people tend to binge eat is because of lack of time and busy in their schedules also lack knowledge since some of us didn't know about this habit and sometimes we are not fully aware of the consequences. So, thanks to this book because it helps me become aware and gave me knowldege on how to avoid this bad habits of eating.

My friend told me that he listen to this audiobook

My friend told me that he listen to this audio book, after asking him on how he manage to lose weight because of it very shocking for me that a very fat man is now slimmer than me. After listening to this audio book I learn about this binge eating that I didn't now before. Basically, binge eating is a part eating disorder with an individual consumes too much food. I know now how my friend was helped through this book because this book suggests about steps on how can you stop binge eating. I am really excited to try this out and gain a slimmer body like he is now.

highly recommended

The book i needed!! I have been interested in intermittent fasting for a while did some research but never could find some concrete information i stumbled upon this book and its exactly what i needed. this book details exactly what intermittent fast is and go over the different types. The author does great job on keeping me engaged on the topic most diet books have alot of fluff but this is straight to the point. I highly recommend.

Excellent book......

I never thought of curing binge eating with intermittent fasting but it seems to make sense. I like how this book lays everything out that I need to know about intermittent fasting like the do's and dont's list, precautions, some recipes, and helpful tips. I didn't realize that the human growth hormone is more active when fasting so that's kind of good to know to speed up metabolism.

helpful book with binge eating cure...

Honestly, I have not even heard of this concept called 'Binge Eating'. However, this book facilitates and supports your daily consumption of food by implementing you different kind of strategies to overcome this so-called binge eating disorder. Thanks to Lisa P. Simms, I am now aware of this binge disorder and I would be able to manage my future eating habit in a more effective manner. Would be great if this book is more descriptive. Anyway, it's a great guide!

This book is for anyone, really, because a lot of people don't know what triggers and how to resolve emotional eating. The Binge Eating Cure is a great start to understanding why you eat emotionally and how to stop it. Great book

I am a binge eater before and actually, right now I am still trying to fight it. I am so great that I found this book because I know it could help me a lot. Curing binge eating is not that easy that is why you need also so much help in order to totally get rid of it. Great one.

I am a compulsive eater so I read this book. It "saved" me. It is a life-changing to dismantle a major source of misery. When you read this one you free up all that emotion to live life and just deal with what is really happening.
