Story
It is not enough to just listen to and or watch sermons or attend church services where we read a few verses with other believers. For us to know God’s word, we must read the scriptures. Even the Bible itself says so. How would the word of God not depart from your mouth and you be able to meditate on it day and night if you don’t study it? By virtue that you are reading this, it is clear you know all about that and have been taking deliberate steps to study the word of God.

Story
The problem most of us have with the Bible is that we started out studying the details without ever getting the big picture. It's no wonder we're confused! In the Colorado Rockies, there are so many mountain peaks, nobody could climb them all. But there are 53 peaks that are over 14,000 feet. And many hikers try to climb all 53 fourteeners. That's what Max Anders does in this Bible study. You'll look at only the fourteeners - a manageable amount of information.

Excellent
This audio that Mr Gugas wrote is excellent about the books of the Bible. Her tells us when each book was written, who wrote them, reason why it was written. At the end of each book he quotes a Bible verse that goes in the reasoning of why it was written. I really learned so much. The narrated was very good too.

PREACH, simplistic & summarised
A very easy to follow summary of the bibles many books and thoughs who wrote them.
Each book in turn is mentioned by date of writing, suspected author and a summary of what each book is about. an explanation of the lessons trying to be conveyed from each book with the occasional quotation added in from their writings.
I will be listening to this book again at some point. Enjoyed it very much as a short introduction to the best selling book world wide.
Easy listening, good for anyone whether of the faith or not. This is literally what it says on the cover, a light breakdown of the many books that make the bible.
