Hang in there for the fun twist and turns

This Novella starts off a little slow and steady but soon heats up with some unexpected plot twists and turns that are both enjoyable and surprising.

I found it a little challenging to warm up to the narration but always enjoy something new and fresh and neither the storyline or the narration are tired or worn. Megan and Jack are not at all the stereotypical novel leads and the character development they demonstrate is significant. Deciding it's time to move on from an unfulfilling life (romantic and otherwise), Megan Harrison makes a big move that puts her on a totally unexpected path away from Jack, her best friend who has many personal demons to deal with at this point in his life. Megan encounters a lot of serious dilemmas in her new location and the events that unfold lead our characters on an action-filled journey to re-find each other, The inner and outer demons of these characters compete for attention and ultimately draw out unexpected personal beliefs and faith.

TN Traynor is clearly a master in creating plot surprises and once the action heats up, this novella is an engaging journey.

Slow start, but hang in there

1st Narration: I have to say she did a great job. mMy only complaint is the tone/style/manner of the coice that was chosen for the main character.

2nd Story: Sllow start, you do cheer for the main character when she makes better decisions. Even with the title having Angels in it, I was surprised by the strong religious turn and presence at the end and mourned the way the story ended.

Fascinating Romantic Suspense Novel

I enjoyed this story a lot. The story was about Megan Harrison, who loved her best friend, Jack Munroe. Jack seemed to only want Megan as a friend, so she decided to move. While living in Cornwell, Megan's life took some unexpected twists and turns. I liked that the characters seemed believable. I appreciated that the story was fast paced and absorbing. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. Katrina Michaels' narration was fine and kept my attention. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.
