Great book But

I bought the book on audible and it is a very interesting topic to learn for someone who want to solve challenges in the healthcare system. However, I couldn't access the PDF file that is attached to the audio file which did not allow me to understand the topic fully. Anyone knows how to access the attached PDF file?
