Intellectually weak, spiritually void, full of weak takes and psychological chaff, this decently written pile of arrogant garbage is less of a model to follow and more of a "good luck trying to replicate this". I would skip everything but chapters 8-11. which can be summed up by simply saying they figured out how to keep bonding well. the only props I will give to the writer is a commitment brazen honesty, unfortunately the rest of the book is just constant intellectual potholes.
