A good story

Somewhat predictable, but an enjoyable read. Everyone should have a matchmaker like Laverne in their family.

Madaris series

I had the opportunity to listen to all the audio books in the series back-to-back and I am missing them already since I just finished the last one. 🥰 Great stories and I was right there each encounter all the way!

Reader is horrible!!!

Good book. No good reader. I love The Madaris family series and this is the first book that I disliked because of the reader. He was absolutely terrible.

Best Laid Plans

This book was similar to all of the other Brenda Jackson books. I’ve listened to many of them and have enjoyed them. The narrator, Pete Ohms, has narrated several other Brenda Jackson books. I’m not sure what happened with this one but I have to say the narration this time was just horrible. At least for me it was. It was almost comical at times or just over done. It was hard to get through the book because he just sounded ridiculous. ☹️
