It is worth a read.

New Year is here and losing weight is always on my list. This book offers some great tips for anyone interested in reducing their belly fat. Some seem like common sense, however, seeing it in writing makes it a bit more understandable. This is a great book for anyone interested in getting a head start on some simple tips.

This book shows us good tips to make a habit. We all know there are things to cut when we want to have that good shape, a healthy body. However, we keep on forgetting to follow the simple steps. It is good that I get to read this kind of book as I am being reminded that I need to stop drinking soda and stop eating junk foods, as well as drink lots of water. This is worth sharing with others, too!

Habits for everyone

This book is very interesting, but it is not really what it says on the cover. There are various habits presented in it that would certainly help with losing weight, but they are not "quick" and they are not targeted on the "belly fat". Habits by definition can't be quick, it takes time to build habits. But that aside, they make sense and they are helpful, although some of them are too obvious (skip dessert, stay hydrated – fascinating, never heard of it!)

A fantastic way to burn belly fat. Everyone would benefit from implementing these habits into his/her life, but that is not so easy and this book can only help as a guide. Most of the work still depends on the person. But it is a good book and it has value. Recommended.

Getting rid of belly fat...

After the holiday season, I need help blasting the holiday fat away. The book has loads of practical tips that are easy to follow and are sure to change your situation. I loved that it's like the author is talking directly to me, this makes it an enjoyable read rather than too instructional. I recommend this book.

Well done

This is a wonderful, common sense guide to a healthier and longer life. It's written simply and it does not demand anything that the normal person cannot do. Even an extremely obese person, a youngster or a senior citizen can do everything she advises. Learn and apply some or all of Eastwood's 51 habits and it's a pretty good bet you will lose weight, get toned and burn belly fat. I thought I knew it all, but I didn't -- I learned a lot and I'm going to get it done.

It's Not What You'd Expect

OK, tell the truth. When you see the title of this book and look at its cover, here's what you're thinking: This woman wants me to torture myself and suffer intense pain while working out many hours each day. She will also suggest I not eat all the things I like. As I said, it's not what you expected. A friend recommended this book and I discovered Westwood is recommending common sense things everyone can do to lose weight and get in better shape. One of the most surprising is to eat six meals a day. Yes, you read it right. Six. That's twice as many as I'm used to.

Belly fat is my number one nemesis so this book is fantastic. It has a whole bunch of great tips and habits and more than even stated. Perfect for anyone trying to be toned and trim in time for the summer or just to be healthier in their selves.

I've been struggling with losing weight. This book highlights some value points, that are important if I should lose weight. I have started my action plan already. Plan to drop my pasta and bread etc. Hoping to see a positive change.

If we get a few practical suggestions that we will implement and follow we have read a great book and put it to use. Try this book and look to see what changes you can make in your life. Negative reviews of any self-help book are not helpful. Everybody needs to read as much as possible and get as much information as possible to help ourselves.

Very powerful and useful exercises!

The suggestions offered may seem "common sense" to some, but it would be a good checklist to make meaningful changes in small doses that will be easier to maintain. I like the holistic approach to managing a healthy lifestyle: tips for healthy eating, exercise and life balance. I gave this book a four because it does offer some good suggestions, but would like to some references or source suggestions also (such as recipes, shopping tips, etc.)

Terrible
