What would you pay to have a wife who doesn't argue or nag? What would you pay for a husband who's actually in shape? What would you pay to have a clean garage? And what would you pay to be able to get up every morning when you wanted to? The problem is you can't pay for these things as they cannot be bought in stores. But they are definitely attainable in life. The only question is whether you are going to give up your current pursuit of traditional economic standards of living to attain them instead.

Black men suffer more than any other racial or sexual group in America. They have the lowest standards of living, shortest life expectancies, highest incarceration rates and suffer other sociological and economic ailments. However, for the past 50 years virtually NO PROGRESS has been made in improving the lives of black men. We have to admit what we've been trying has failed and black men have paid the price. And it's time for that to change. Life is too short and too precious to live it under poverty, making only 67% of what white males do. Fathers and husbands are too important to be ...

Economics is being revolutionized to the point it's becoming obsolete. With production techniques and technology allowing man to extract exponentially more wealth from finite resources, nearly all our earthly wants and desires are satisfied making the concept of “wealth” and “money” obsolete. But while you'd think such an economic miracle would be celebrated, humans are forever petty, forever greedy, and forever jealous. And instead of enjoying a life of leisure nearly every first-worlder is practically guaranteed to enjoy, most seethe with envy over the petty and minor differences ...

Every man alive today faces a paradox. Your hardwired, biological programming is screaming at you to get girls, get laid, and inevitably start a family. However, today’s women could not be less interested in today’s men.

For four generations men have been subjected to some pretty damning accusations. They're the oppressors of women. Their misogyny is the sole cause of the much-hated wage gap. They are guilty of the original sins of privilege and institutional sexism. And this says nothing about the rank mockery and, often times, outright hatred men receive in the media, government, and our schools. But perhaps the most damning accusation of them all is that men are no longer needed. That they are now somehow obsolete.

Society, by statistical necessity, needs to focus on the majority. It needs to be built and designed for "the average". Society, by moral necessity, also needs to focus on the disadvantaged and disabled, helping those who cannot help themselves. But while the majority of society's resources, attention, and infrastructure is dedicated to average or below-average people, little-to-none of it is dedicated to the abnormally intelligent.

This essay aims to inform the reader about the real mathematical chances of success he faces in the pursuit of women, as well as the modern-day risks, so that he may make an informed economic decision as to how he best invests his life. It also aims to align the reader's expectations with reality so his life is not ruined by delusion or hope, both of which have ruined millions of lives in the past. But in short, this essay is nothing less than the most important cost-benefit analysis any man will read.

Don't have enough money saved up for retirement? No problem. Never started a 401k or IRA? Don't worry. And are you so far behind in your personal finances you're worried you'll never be able to retire? It's all good. Because whether you know it or not, the entire US retirement system is horribly flawed and was doomed to fail anyway. And that's why every American needs to listen to Poor Richard's Retirement.

Nobody should be going to college immediately after high school. They should be taking a two year road trip across the country to find out who they are and what they want out of life instead. But still, every year we send millions of inexperienced 18-year-olds down a path of debt, worthless degrees, poor employment prospects, commonness and misery. The results are two full generations of adults who wasted decades of their lives chasing dreams that would never come true.

Historia
For all of human history, men and women came together to form families. It may have been common, it may have been routine, but that is what they did. Generation after generation, for all of human history, men and women formed families. That is until now. Though humanity has never been to the point where women and men abandoned one another before, that doesn't mean there is not a limitless number of things life offers that gives it value. Whether it's hobbies, vice, philosophy, religion, your career, or your friends, the world offers a limitless menu for you to choose from.

Historia
Never before in the history of the world has more time, effort, and resources been invested into a single generation than the Millennials. Be it incredibly expensive college degrees, perfectly privileged diets, life-coping drugs, uncountable therapist visits, even bending reality so everybody was impossibly a winner, no expense was spared for the most pampered generation in human history. But $30 trillion and 20 years later we have the biggest failure of a human crop in the history of the world.

A fascinating and hilarious look at one of the most important moments in history.
Despite the age of this book, the stories contained within, along with the lessons learned from them are timeless. Not only that, it's easy to see the consequences of the housing crash not only on the economy of today, but also the culture war as well.
I docked a star for performance because while the AI voice did a adequate job, there were occasional error here and there.
