ugh this new narrator 😕

I love these books. I've been so addicted. I love how the writer makes it feel like I'm there with her. I'm also very invested with the characters. honestly, I bet this would make a great series on Netflix, lol
I don't mind and upstand why you would need to switch the narrator through the years. This lady should not be narrating books. I feel like she would be great at ASMR videos on YouTube, but it is so hard to concentrate on what is happening. I've had to keep rewinding it to understand. In a situation like this, I wish I could just read it without her voice. which sucks because all the previous books have been leading up to this one. I'm really hoping the next books have a different narrator. I'm scared to look.

Narrator Change

This narrator spoke in a sexy seductive voice and seemed to be trying to make each scene somehow sexy. It was very distracting and hard to listen to. I looked at the next few books and it has the same narrator. Not sure I can finish the series.

Narration very challenging

I love Blake Pierce novels, but this narrator was like nails on a chalkboard for me. Too dramatic

Great storyline! Wonderful book.

I really enjoy the Mackenzie White series. This book was wonderful. Keep me guessing the whole way through. I would have given it a 5 star but the reader left much to be desired.
