Not my cup of tea. Robotic narrator.

I thought I'd give this a try since I suffer with anxiety and insomnia. The narrator is robotic sounding and disturbing.

enjoyed the stories but the narrator"s voice is not soorhing. Her voice is not conducive to sleep stories.

I truly preferred this audio book

I would prescribe everybody who needs such kind of best loved grown-up. I thought this audio book gave me some amazingly nice. I feel a great deal more certain and have had the option to beginning of a pattern very quickly.

Ghost stories for sleep? I dont think so

No no no. Hypnosis and particularly when dealing with the sleep subconscious MUST be positive and upbeat from start to finish and at all times. The subconscious is like a computer. It accepts all it is given without question and irrespective of whatever it is given and the last thing you listen to is ghost stories when you are sleeping. I awoke to this particular one, instantly and with a cardiac arrhythmia (racing heart beat) which I do not ever suffer from. What else that I may have absorbed on the strength of that one alone is very concerning. I have listened to this once only and will not be repeating. I dont recommend this and I shall send it back.
