Waste of time and credit
Just not my cup of tea I suppose. it was a total waste of a credit.

Not what I was expecting
DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. The entire intro talks about how fantastic the stories will be, how they will help you sleep, and take your mind on exciting adventures. The first story was literally the narrator telling me to clean my house. And walking me step by step on cleaning my bathroom... Not exactly calming or fun. Honestly it made my anxiety worse as all I could think about was the fact that it's past 10 at night, and my bathroom isn't cleaned so instead of sleeping I should probably go clean my bathroom! I tried to listen for longer as I was then instructed to imagine cleaning my living room and then kitchen... Like how is going through my fridge and throwing out old left overs supposed to be relaxing and help me sleep. It's now past midnight and Im still awake with more worry, anxiety and frustration that I paid money for this book than before I tried to sleep.

I'm beyond pleased with this audiobook
I've found the audiobook helpful in the Bedtime Stories for Adults! I'm happy with this listening. I bought this audiobook, listened it and had a very peaceful sleep that night! So these bedtime stories do work effectively! And they are quite fascinating too. Thanks
