This is a great, brief, and simple overview of living a minimalist life! It flows well and hits the major topics. It is a great starting point for those ready to dip a toe into the minimalist lifestyle and provides a nice little blueprint for building a plan. The narration was wonderful as well.

Not bad. But nothing new.

I enjoyed the information quite a it and it was narrated quite well. I just didn't learn all that much. I did learn some ideas do it was well worth the purchase.
