Becoming Beachball is a self-development book inspired by the stories and transformations incurred on the journey of becoming DJ Beachball.

Looking back, before I knew better and integrated the information included within this book, I wasn’t someone I admired. I wasn’t someone I was proud of.

I was disconnected, off-course, unexpressive, and depressed. Disempowered and stagnant. However, through the grace of God, here I am now on a strong foundation of rock, proud and confident; about to either:

1. Remind you things you already know, reaffirming their power, or
2. Open your eyes to some very powerful, life-changing concepts. And as the wise Otto von Bismark once said, “Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.”

DJ Beachball is the mascot and the face of the Good Healthy Fun movement, a movement that embodies the values revealed in this book. Part of this movement are empowering community dance events. We’ll go on a hike, maybe do some yoga, maybe meditate, maybe work out, maybe journal, but always empowering wellness and an epic dance party.

In addition to DJin' at epic lookouts in nature, I have a deep desire to help you become empowered. Hence why I created this book. To me, being empowered is having a deep level of inner peace, a deep level of self-mastery, and a deep level of fulfillment, all of which I have struggled with greatly at one point in my life and have learned to master. Over the course of half a decade, I’ve studied, implemented, and seen amazing results, the limits of which I have still found no end—hence why I still consider myself a student. However, within these five years of my self-development journey, I have seen an overwhelming amount of benefits from the knowledge I’ve learned so far, in my own life and the lives of many others. The results of which have provided a great deal of inspiration and material for me to write this book with the confidence that it will empower you and many others.

The further we walk along the path provided in this book, the more tools and secrets of success we will have to live an abundant life of gratitude, peace, love, joy, fulfillment, excitement, and passion. This is our own personal paradise. This is Becoming Beachball.
