I really like it!

I didn’t love the narrator but the story was good. I couldn’t stop listening it was very hot!

Loved it!

Piper always delivers a great story! And this was no different. I got yanked in and couldn't stop listening. I think this was my first time listening to Maxx Power! He did a great job!!!! I really enjoyed this!!! Worth a listen!!!

Hot & Sexy Read

A great story with not only hot and steamy sex scenes but also a good storyline of business espionage. Christopher and Genevieve are great characters with sizzling chemistry and a very strong connection. Lots of twists and turns that will keep you hooked throughout.
The narration overall was good.

This Story Requires Lots of Fanning

Hot, hot, hot. But, there is also a story to go along with steamy scenes. High powered men playing their games of corporate politics. Lies, deception, romance, sex. This audiobook has it all. The main characters journey together makes for a sexy, fulfilling read.

Maxx Power does a good job with character voices. His male voices are definitely sexier than his female, lol. He does a great job with the steamy scenes. There is no hitting pause when he starts reading the hot stuff.

Bdsm romance

I really like Piper Stone's smoke jumper series. That said I really wanted to like this but I didn't. It took almost to the end of the book for me to even care about what was going on. I didn't care about the characters. I found it to be tedious and boring, mediocre at best.
Even the narrative didn't help much. I'm sorry to say for me the story got a 2 1/2 stars the narrative a 4. Overall I'd give it a 3.
In case you might think it's it's because you think the bdsm background isn't my thing. I've read some of the blacklight series, masters of the castle and Livia Grant's passion series and I've very much enjoyed them.

Who has the Power?

Christopher is a powerful man that falls for his sub Genevieve. But their relationship is built from lies and deception. Can this relationship stand through all this craziness. The narrator pulls you in and you don't want to let go. I received this audio book free for an honest review.

Lots of potential

Max Power is a new narrator for me and he might have snuggled himself between some of my favorite male voice.

I love the plot and the characters have much potential but de story seemed rushed to me. Definitely, a series with potential though

Overall the book was worth a credit.

I was given this book in return for my unbiased opinion. I liked the book. I think towards the end the book moved really quickly and just seemed like I needed more info. The sex scenes were hot so this was a pretty good book overall. Narration was great for the male voice but would have loved a female narrator for a dual narration.

Genevieve and Christopher

Genevieve and Christopher had great chemistry together. Christopher was ruthless and very cold and cruel in business but warmed when thinking about or when he was with Genevieve, his sub. I took an instant dislike to him. It took them a while to build trust in their dom/sub relationship. This book started out very good and continued from there with lots of twists and turns. Overall, this was a very good book.
