Great Story

This is a great story a bit dark and has some tough parts but I do enjoy how the story develops between them and the entire friends group. Narration is done well.

High School Bully Romance

Beautifully Wanted by Jordan Grant is a high school bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lula Larkin. This is the second book in the Voclain Academy series.

This is the second book of Jordan's that I have read, and it won't be my last. The relationship between Ian and Harlow is messy but you can't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Beautifully Yours to be released on audio so I can get more of Ian and Harlow's story.

Lula did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of her work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like academy romances, bully romances, or enemies-to-lovers romances.

Probably better to start with book one

This is the first book I've read/listened to by Jordan Grant. She writes well with a good storyline and characters. I'll admit that I was confused as to whether I was reading college or high school aged kids and had to go check. They definitely acted like high school kids, but in some ways it seemed like they should be older.

I want to say that I'm positive I read that it could be read/listened to as a standalone. And it can...sorta. I did feel like I dropped in and I was a bit lost with all the characters. But it ended in a good place to carry-on or not. I am definitely interested enough to go back and learn what I missed about the characters initially and want to continue on with the series. I'm invested in the final outcome for these characters.

Lula Larkin is an excellent narrator. She did a great job with both male and female voices. She’s easy to listen to and was expressive in her performance. Wonderful job!
