Modern Beauty And The Beast

Beast is a modern version of Beauty And The Beast. Overall I enjoyed the storyline in this short listen. I liked Dyson's transformation and Kendall's spunk and determination. Choosing between life and love really isn't difficult because without love, there is no life. The narration was well done and added to my enjoyment. I would recommend Beast.

Loved this story!!!

Not at all what I expected! Wonderful love story! Well written and great narration. I've found another great author.

Could have be great But!!!

This short story was good and the plot was decent, that until the narrator open is
Mouth. His male voice sound like a robot so monologue and the female was not much better. If she changes the narrator it be worth another listen.. I was provided a copy of the book from the narrator or author at my request

It's a Stockholm Story

Yes, this is a Stockholm story, but not necessarily in a bad way. Here's the synopsis: Father has something bad guy wants. Bad guy hires thug to babysit fathers adult child *cough*kidnap*cough*. Thug saves adult child from dire situation. Adult child falls for thug. It's almost the adult version of beauty and the beast but without all the atrocious autotuned singing and animated furniture. My impression of the story is that it was good, not great. For the length, I believe the characters stood out enough and carried their weight. I didn't openly hate the character development at all. The speed of the story was just right because there wasn't much room for prolonged development. I didn't openly hate anything about any of the characters because they behaved just as their characters were supposed to IMO. It was a quick, almost breezy (if an audiobook can be) read. I enjoyed it. Narration was a little different but in a good way. Once you get accustomed to the style of reading, it adds a little bit of flare to the story. I'd give it a strong 3.4 stars overall. I received this book for free and have voluntarily given this review.

A Good Listen

This is another Beauty and Beast story which isn't a bad thing. It was a little short, but it kept my attention and kept me listening. Who doesn't like a happy ending to a story. Very interesting with a lot of chemistry. I would recommend the book to anyone. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Beast

Sometimes the bad guys do win, and it is heartwarming. This audible has strong sexual content. For adults only. And only if you like a hot sexy man with all the right moves!

The narrator does a fantastic job reading. I'm looking forward to more from this narrator.

Beasty...

This was a shorter read. That is not a bad thing, just doesn't give us as much time to get invested as a longer read. Story was good- Narration was good :) This is a standalone book. Assassin kidnaps girl, falls in love with girl and then must choose.

Bad guy turns life around for love

Overall, I didn't LOVE this story. I thought it was good, but my mind had a hard time wrapping around the quick love story. I enjoyed it though overall.

Just wasn’t for me

I had a difficult time finishing this one and it’s only a few hours long. The story didn’t hold my attention and the narration, while not awful, was not great, either. I received a review copy at my request and voluntarily reviewed.

New Narrator, Good Story, Great Author.

1st time for this narrator. Nice cadence to the voice. I just love How fully packed Sky Morgan's stories are.... enjoyable!
