Loved it!

I laughed and cried but mostly laughed. So many corn dog characters. Hadn’t read the 2 previous books from the series but I wasn’t lost a bit. Treat yourself to the best time ever.

My favorite one of series

I just loved the way this book was written drama but not too much and cleatis he is my favorite of all the brothers !! This was just adorableeeeee. I will listen to it again for sure and normally I don’t with books this long but it was just that good.

I thought I wouldn’t enjoy cletus as much as I did but I loved him from start to finish.

The way he was with his family made me laugh and the book kept me entertained all the way through.

I loved getting to know all the family through Cletus guys and I loved getting catch up of previous couple and how the story over lap but in a way you didn’t have to read the last one.

The audio for this book was also brilliant! Loved it!

Better Than a Moist Banana Cake!

*Avoid the "normals"* (sage advice from Ashley Winston). While this entire series is beyond stellar, Cletus and Jenn are without a doubt in their very own galaxy, creating their own "interesting skies."

I love Penny Reid comedies for so many reasons, but they can all be boiled down to the masterpieces known as her characters. They are always unique, always interesting, and usually have a streak of brilliance somewhere, even if they tend to keep their light hidden from most. Some of her characters may be sheltered, abused, beaten down or otherwise led to believe they are less than others around them, yet they always have an inner strength and formidable hearts, along with good ol' southern fortitude. Both the men and the women are strong in their own ways. They're also both very vulnerable and very real. Well, most of them are real. When it comes to the Winston brothers, they're a bit more in the surreal category...especially Cletus. Even Jenn describes him as "dangerous." She sees him as someone who flies under the radar, always watching people and taking notice of what they're doing so that he can have evidence for later use. She's not wrong. He's a devious cuss, but he generally uses his skills for good.

Cletus and Jenn are the best in series so far, although I think stiff competition may still be coming. There's so much to love about their story with it's touches of innocence, unruly blackmailing, sibling rivalry, and bittersweet bakery puns. One moment I'd find myself discriminately chuckling at some highbrow, intelligent humor and before I knew what hit me I'd be giggling like a middle schooler at some seriously lowbrow bodily humor. Gotta' love it. I blame Cletus and his sausage.

I loved this book! It went by so fast! From the start to the finish I throughly enjoyed it. Can’t wait for book 4!

Another AMAZING book by Penny Reid! Joy Nash is by far my favorite narrator. She does an amazing job.

i absolutely love this series, and this is the best book of the Winston brothers. love cletus and jen, from start to finish the book is clever and makes me laugh. wonderful love story with lots of other stories twined into it. joy nash and chris Brinkley are so great as well. couldn't give more praise.

Such fun!

I've loved all of the Winston Brothers series so far, but Beard Science was my favorite. Cletus is such a quirky character, to experience his journey into falling in love is so much fun! He and Jennifer have such unique love story with so many awkward moments along the way. I was completely amused and enchanted with their story!

That was amazing

Absolutely loved it! Jennifer was not my typical favorite heroine but I loved her. My heart was constantly broken over how she was treated and I actually had tears in my eyes (and I rarely cry with books). Cletus was not who I thought going into this and i loved him as well too.

Narration was fabulous!! Repeat listen and read.
