Loved, Loved, Loved!

I have been following Sarah Prout for many years. She is very inspirational. I knew that I would enjoy the Audible version of "Be the Love" because I really adore Sarah's podcast. Her voice is very soothing. I have been listening to "Be the Love" for a few days now and I think it's wonderful! I love the affirmation/meditations at the end of each chapter, and I love how real Sarah is. Even when things might be a bit uncomfortable to share, she knows there is value in it. I applaud her for being so open. Worth the listen!

Feel... Heal... and Reveal. I didn't realize I needed thia book. I love the audio version because Sarah's energy is so authentic and inspiring. I am so grateful for the wisdom she shares. It's raw and thought provoking. It definitely shined a light on several of the blind spots I was attached to. This will be one of my guidebooks alomg my journey. Good! but very emotional!

I liked this one but it should come with a bit of a warning. It is not at all like Dear Universe in that it is sort of a gritty coming of age of all the things that have lead up to now for Sarah. I liked it and appreciate her honesty and ability to share all that - wow! It's a great book and a good story but not exactly the "normal" in this genre.

Be the love is the key .This book realigned me to the power of connecting to the energy of love. English is not my first language, but this audiobook is enjoyable and fluent.

WHAT?? The book is all over the place

So disappointed. I really enjoyed Sarah before this book.. now I feel scammed. Sounds like a bunch of stuff she googled and slapped together. Random stories that felt like she threw in just to make the book longer. Really NOT a good book. Wish she would have waited to put a meaningful book together. This felt like she and Sean just needed money fast. Thumbs down.
