Mandatory reading for any Canadian mortgage broker

Canadian information but still useful in USA
This book is mostly for Canadian brokers. It includes a lot of details regarding Canadas mortgage products and programs. But there are still plenty of tips and tools to be gleaned for those of us in America. Many of the overarching themes and tips apply.
