By giving us a financial 101 with his 7 rules of money the author goes on to discuss how the top 1% use these rules to build wealth. The practical advice in this audiobook is accompanied by personal insight from the author into how he used these lessons in his approach. What I liked especially like about the audiobook was he outlined a detailed program of actions in 21 steps that provides a basis for financial prosperity.
