Surprisingly effective

I was skeptical that I would gain any benefit from doing a hypnosis series, to help my guitar playing. Imagine my surprise when I started noticing results immediately after the first time listening through it while sleeping.
I woke up, feeling much more rested and energetic than I normally do (which has remained true every night I have listened to it.) I was worried I would feel great in the morning and crash sometime in the afternoon because I got about 2 hours less sleep than I normally do, but the crash never came. I was alert and awake, all day. I even commented to my family, how good I felt.

As for my Guitar playing... I have been playing guitar for a number of years, but only really got serious about it two years ago, and play 1-2 hours a day. I noticed myself hitting a plateau and wanted something to help break me through, and help get me to the next level.

This hasn’t done that.... but, I have noticed an intense desire to pick up my guitar more, and practice. The last few days I have played closer to 3-4 four hours. (I have no life.) and have felt more focused, and have noticed I am picking up new material and applying to my understanding of the fretboard, faster.
So, I would highly recommend this to anyone, just based on the awesome/restful sleep I’ve been getting, but it has also helped me focus during practice sessions more, which is awesome too!

relaxing, sublime.

relaxing, sublime.
I fell to sleep while listening the first three rounds, not sure at all if I had gained a benefit outside of being completely relaxed.
I did relise later that I had a real hunger to play my guitar 🎸and I attacked the time spent with focus and clarity!
BOOM! fantastic.

Nope!

It doesn't have anything to do with guitars and sounds homemade. I gave it a chance, but that was a waist of time.

Great for what aches when you play

I have fret pain and aside from using this for psychological well being I use this for helping my muscles relax. It's a great tool for keeping yourself limber

Nothing relevent for a guitarist

Don't waste your money if you are a guitar player looking to release your inner Eric or Jimmy.
This is at best a series of relaxation techniques applicable to any meditation or similar exercises and has zero bearing on guitar.
At best, one is encouraged to focus and concentrate better, break old habits or develop a new start.
All these sessions are more applicable to stopping smoking, sleeping better or reducing anxiety and in my opinion had nothing to do with playing a Dorian or Aeolian mode with more capability.
Very disappointed.
