just WOW
The best way I can describe how this helped me is that I was able to maintain a conversation without getting caught up in my narcissistic husband's deflection attempts. I was able to stay calm and bring focus back to what I was saying. I teared up a little, but no full blown emotional take over. Typically he deflects, I take the bait, I get frustrated and then start crying. I've heard the visualization 3x's and will listen to it daily. I look forward to becoming more assertive! It feels great!

Not a mention of Being Assertive?
This book is a good listen for how to use visualization however I was looking for a book on being “More Assertive”. This subject was not mentioned. If you’re looking for that in this book you’ll have to visualize it on your own. You won’t find it here.
