Good for anyone who wants to obliterate stress

Lots of repetetion in the book, but helps it sink in better. Read with notepad to jot down main points and action items. I would definately listen to this again and take notes.

Basic Tools for the Thinking Toolbox.

I enjoyed listening to this book by this reader, as hearing it felt organized as if I was seeing the pages and the chapters themselves. More those cursory details, I'll go on to explain the way the author draws the reader into the premises through personal story examples that did add to the power of the premises. Battling these big three is important, not specifically by addressing the three themselves, but by realizing the battle is fought and won in our minds. The way the book is organized makes the action tips quite realistic and possible.

In summary, the promise of this book is delivered, with making goal=setting real and possible for me as an individual, today!

Great Book

I enjoyed the book. The narrator was fine. All three sections were informational in things to think about and watch or within ourselves. Thank you.

Confused

I listened for an hour and a half and heard nothing about the big three. This was all dan Johnston and no Dr. Warman. I’m using Siri now as I’m still out walking but I hope this review finds his way to someone who can look into this.

this book is a sales tool

Not worth listening to for me. Dan Johnston tries to get you to sign up for his mailing lists, doc ormond sells his books, and Dawn/liv have about 2 hours of content at the end.

see a therapist instead.

All over the place

Not well put together and written from one pov. Quotes added and mean really nothing. Not a good read and a waste of credit

This guy was a psychology major?

I understand that this author is trying to get people to go to life coaches without feeling bad about themselves, but as a psychology major how could he ever think that it’s okay to say that people who go to psychologists are crazy? One of the first things you learned in psychology is not to call people crazy. I had to stop reading this book as soon as I heard that line because I don’t know what other miss guided information he is giving.
