Not enough Batman

I haven’t read The Boy Who Loved Batman. I’m wondering if all the Batman anecdotes ended up in that book. This seems like more of a personal memoir about other parts of his life.

Almost zero Batman anecdotes

I heard Michael Uslan give a radio interview in which he told numerous Batman stories and trivia. I found it quite interesting, despite not being a comic book reader. I was interested in how Batman got remade into the dark & serious series it is today.
Unfortunately, there are scant mentions of Batman and almost no anecdotes. It's got plenty of interesting stories of what it's like being a Hollywood producer, so if you're interested in that or a thinking of a career in production, it's an interesting book. But there's almost nothing about Batman in here.

Boomer nostalgia and rambling anecdotes

Caveat: memoirs aren't really my thing. I heard Michael Uslan on the X-Ray Vision podcast and he was fascinating. Intelligent, upbeat, and full of great stories. For some reason that just didn't translate to a good book in this one. I found this to be cringy boomer nostalgia and somewhat narrow-minded American dogma compared to the guy I heard on the podcast. I still like Uslan, but I think I'll revert to my previous position of avoiding memoirs.
