Seems Downy may not be as smooth as he thought, and Memphis is just the girl to show him the error of his ways.

how can you go wrong with the wonder duo (Mason and Kendall) narrating a book written by Lani Lynn Vale?? you cant plain and simple!! another fabulous book 100% reccomend!!

Downey & Memphis

There's an age difference, and dogs. I just wish there was a little more romance between the two, but all in all it was a really good book.

Good listen

Enjoyed this age gap romance audio a lot. Again these books tend to get a little dark so check trigger warnings and proceed with caution. Loved the incorporation of the other characters and can’t wait to hear their stories!

Loved it

Narration is perfection. Mason and Kendall are perfect together. The story was most entertaining and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have listened to this at least 3 times and I know I will be enjoying it many more times. It makes me smile. Loved Memphis. She had spunk! The romance had just enough angst to keep it interesting.

Great story

I liked this one and the first one the best. This one had more action and surprise’s. It was a great story. Would recommend it

Wow!

I love the story line and the characters in the story. I laugh and cry with them. I find myself wanting to visit Kilgore Texas just to meet the characters in the book

I enjoyed listening to this story about a woman who must learn to live with overbearing alpha males in her life.

OH Yeah!!

Oh yeAh! I read this one many years ago and loved it. So I grabbed the audio and to my expectation it is just as good. I like Downey and Mocha as well as his friend/roommates. All great characters. Then we add in Memphis and her parents and this one leveled up!
Overall very exciting and thrilling! Narration is well done and elevate this. Next one

Age is just a number

This towns officers sure seem to find the loves they need. When young Memphis meets Downey she doesn’t realize he’s her neighbor and embarrasses herself then starts the back and forth. Memphis is spunky and doesn’t put up with anything. She is willing to give as good as she gets to have her independence. Her strong personality wants to avoid strong overbearing men, then she falls, hard and fast. Overall the story is good, performance was good though the female voice was a little irritating then got used to it and was able to enjoy the book.

Fabulous Story

This story is another fabulous addition to the series. I am so delighted by the voice actors, they really bring the story to life. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars for the voice actors is because the female voice actor has a tendency to make the MMC sound mean instead of intense sometimes when talking to his love. I really do not like nor enjoy how she voices the male character talking to his SO sometimes and I really do not think it was the author's intention, either. Other than that, everything was 5 stars!
