Break away from addictions and habits

Some things can be called addictions, others are just little habits we try to break. This book is an excellent motivational audio gem that can inspire you and inform you on the workings of your brains.

Pretty much there

I mean, you want to break away from addictions and bad habits? Then this is the book. It even talks about masturbation as a bad habit, something most people don't dare mention.

The speaker is coughing, is this a JOKE???

He did several of these weird breathing stunts 30 mins. into the audio — deliberately ruins the whole audiobook, OMG.

I love the info in thhis guide, and I know it sounds cliche, but i really did. I think it's worth listening to to find out which addictions and bad habits we should break individually.

I love this

Bad habits gone!

Yes! Finally a guide that shows you how your brains work and how to kick the bad habits. SO many people walk around with addictions. This needs to stop.
