Publisher's summary

A shocking glimpse into the crazy lives of drug-addicted prostitutes. You'll never look at heroin addicts the same way again.

In this darkly funny coming-of-age novel based on true events, Oliver, a teenage hacker living in Germany, meets Donna online. She's an American girl living in New York. After chatting and talking on the phone for months, he finally decides to surprise her with a visit. But he soon finds out that things are not what they appeared to be and that this visit will change his life forever.

Fairly interesting stories, too much propaganda

Some of the author's experiences are interesting if you can stomach all the bs leftist propaganda. I guess its to be expected given where the author is originally from.

just okay

This is a hard story to listen to because as smart as the author thinks he is, he makes every bad choice available again and again. it's not even an original story.

Wow!

I saw a review that this was a modern day Catcher in the Rye, and I’m always open to interesting reads. In the beginning of the book, the author promised a titillating read of sex and scandal. What was actually portrayed, from my opinion, was an emotionally stunted insecure man-child who had no idea about how to be in a consensual adult relationship. The relationships he speaks of the most are with an older woman he met as a teen with agoraphobia whom he had a significant online relationship, whom he was with for 15 years. Then he had a series of relationships with drug addicted prostitutes. Then the book ended. I think he is trying to be “cool” but it lands so flat, I feel sorry for the hookers. This book made my skin crawl, and the writings was at a high school level. Please, do not waste time out of your life to read this.
