Life had been going swimmingly for literary phenomenon Alan Michaels: earth-spanning fame, a bank-stretching fortune, and a creative mind that seemed never to have churned out a bad idea.

I still can't fathom it all. I only began to put it together at the end, and then I felt sickened. This was such a gripping and raw book. I quickly got drawn in and could not stop listening. I only planned on one hour, but couldn't shut it off. I was entranced and mesmerized by what I was hearing. Ingenious. I loved it. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator did an excellent job bringing the characters and story to life. I recommend this book.
