Great audiobook for back pain
Would you listen to Back Pain: Alleviate Back Pain and Start Healing Today again? Why?
I would listen to this audiobook again because back pain is something I will probably have in the future. The topics included in this audiobook really goes thru the details in not only talking about back pain in general, but the steps you can take to cure yourself of this uncomfortable disorder.
What about Isaiah Lawson Jr’s performance did you like?
It was well toned and clear to understand. It was a little slow for me but that's actually a good thing so I could fully understand what the narrator was saying.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The whole audiobook moved me as I took steps to work my back to be more flexible according to this audiobook.

It surely helped!
I’m so thankful for a book like this exists. I can now aid my mom who occasionally suffers from back pain. She used to resort to medicines and this is something I’m not supportive of as there’s other ways to heal it naturally. Because of this wonderful piece, we were able to deduce that my mom’s condition is an acute one. This book has listed practical and reasonable recommendations to lessen if not cure completely the pain. It was a long book but it was worth it!

What made the experience of listening to Back Pain: Alleviate Back Pain and Start Healing Today the most enjoyable?
Sometimes, helping your back heal or preventing future injuries can be as simple as staying aware of the risks involved. This book made me see what I should do--identify the root cause. Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
Early intervention can help prevent a chronic problem from developing and obviate the need for medication and surgery.

This book discuss the possible treatments for lower back pain, and include the most common treatments. I personally learned a lot here and I am sure that readers will do too.

Causes of back pain and treatment,
As our age goes one, the problem of back pain gets serious. Sometimes, helping your back heal or preventing future injuries can be as simple as staying aware of the risks involved.
Many times, these issues come about in the first place because we aren’t paying quite enough attention to what we are doing.
A lot of injuries resulting from work happen because of stressors like lifting heavy items, stress on the back from contact which occurs when there is constant or repeated contact between the body and a sharp or hard object, awkward postures, vibrations from machinery, or repetitive movements.
