Curvy FMC meets Chef Celebrity

I’ve read the Second Bite last year and loved it. So when I saw this was two more books of Michael and Alice’s story, I was so excited. I absolutely loved the journey they took in the second book. It was right after the finale of book 1. But book 3 was the book I loved the most! I’m a total sucker for OW drama and we get this! Soooo good! Also the last epilogue was so good with the little Easter egg character!

This collection is perfect for those who want some shorter reads packed with tension, spice, instalove and holiday festivities! Both of these narrators were new to me and I really enjoyed the audio!

This is a great collection of novellas about a grumpy celebrity chef and curvy cooking contestant that fall in love at first sight, despite their age gap and reality tv circumstances they make it through it together with all that heat in the kitchen. Then we see how they move forward after all the chaos of coming out to the public as a couple, like being followed by paparazzi and a reality show plot twist won't get in the way of their happily ever after.

I love these two!!

Love this story! Such a fun ride. No one ever expects a hapless kitchen 🔥 in a spicy story but here we are! Just desserts abound. 🎆

I have been anticipating this series for a while and it did not disappoint 👏

I loved Second Bite and I really enjoyed how the story picks up right where the first book left off. Seeing them run off to Canada together for the next filming special but getting stuck in a remote cabin for the holidays was fun and SPICY! I mean... what else do you do snowed in a remote cabin in the woods?! You sit on Santa's lap, of course! Then watching them navigate NYE and the special with all the twists and turns was just as fun! But the best part was that no matter what was thrown their way, they always chose each other. And the easter egg at the end was EVERYTHING. SJ Tilly never lets me down and this was the perfect holiday romp.

I am literally in tears of excitement after reading Baby Cakes by S.J. Tilly!

This book is everything I adore in a romance. The way Tilly allows the male lead to genuinely love and cherish a heroine who feels insecure about her looks is both heartwarming and empowering. Michael’s unwavering affection for Alice, despite her self-doubts, is beautifully portrayed and makes their love story incredibly touching.

The collection comprises three novellas—Second Bite, Snowed In Bite, and Wedding Bite—each adding depth to Michael and Alice’s journey. Their chemistry is undeniable, and the festive settings provide a cozy backdrop that enhances the romantic atmosphere.

Tilly’s writing is engaging and filled with humor, making it impossible to put the book down. And that epilogue—NERO—left me on the edge of my seat! I can already see where her next book is headed, and I cannot wait to dive into it.
