Samuel the vampire kills his boss Beryl. After having his life threatened on his missions as a special agent of VATE (Vampires Against The Evil), Samuel decides to switch sides. Because in vampire life, there are two sides: human-lovers who acquire their blood through blood drives and distribute it to their population, and true vampires who hunt, drink the blood from, and kill humans. The true vampire life is Samuel’s choice now. After dispatching of his boss, Samuel joins a gang of vampire assassins who are hired to kill off the local human-lover leaders for the Chosen, the Missionaries of Blood, who make it their business to convert human-lovers to true vampires. To play his role correctly, Samuel still has to work with human-lovers as he also helps the true vampires. Will Samuel succeed in his subterfuge? Will the Chosen succeed in their plot? Only Samuel’s wit and intelligence will tell.
