Outstanding production and full-cast performance!

Audible nailed the audio production on this one! The full cast narration brought so much depth and tension to the story, and the interrogation style format kept the pacing sharp. If you love immersive full-cast mystery dramas with great sound design, this one is definitely worth the listen.

I could imagine this as a Netflix miniseries. Really great story lines and the narrators were superb. I think having multiple voices made this Audible so, so much better

I liked the storyline , the performance . Didn’t like the unanswered questions in the end….Nico? The body?

Room for More

The audio production was immersive and professionally done, but it may have worked against the story for me. I wanted more traditional narration and access to Luke’s and Cosmo’s inner lives, especially because the characters who mattered most to the twist were not developed enough beforehand. The reveal was a nice idea, but it did not hit as hard as it could have because the parents barely registered until they became important.
I also found myself questioning the investigation. If Cosmo had been working as a call girl since 16, I expected more attention to the adult callers—not such a heavy focus on her high-school friends as suspects. The teenagers were wild and intensely independent, but that felt more “of the times” than unbelievable. Overall, I did not hate it, and the production kept me engaged, but the format and character setup prevented the story from becoming as compelling as it could have been.
