Eotenweard The Old North (Session 01)

Alun R facilitates the first session in a series of Eotenweard (his own PbtA game in development of Dark Age heroes protecting the innocent from a Darkness growing across the Old North).

Arriving at the village of Rhunsbeck, something causes Octavia the Storyteller to recall a dream of feeling trapped; Deryn (or perhaps their 'Duality', Derwen) is assaulted by the coppery smell and taste of blood; Wulfstan the Hunter spots a murder of crows exploding from a tree; and Merryn, the Sword of God, is surprised by how well defended the village is, with its stockade and watch-tower. There's a greedy Lady served by a disloyal champion, a vicious priest of Woden, a naive grower and a dishonest outcast, then ... ale becomes blood ...
