Man hospitalised after Sydney's west shooting

A 33-year-old man is under police guard in hospital with a serious gunshot wound to his stomach following a shooting in Sydney's west. The incident occurred just after 11pm, with police alleging a shot was fired at a Greystanes home on Mavis Street nearly an hour later. Police are currently investigating the overnight shooting.
