In Sasquatch Hunter #1 we meet Rudy Moretti on a personal mission of vengeance. The former sniper/assassin's brother was abducted by a sasquatch in Oregon. Along the way he meets a group of old men who prove to be helpful. Noticed by the director of a clandestine program under the auspices of Homeland Security he is offered a job as a Sasquatch Hunter to chase down the beasts that become troublesome man killers and, in some cases, man eaters.
Sasquatch Hunter 2 finds Rudy two and a half years later and having gained much more experience. He is sent to the Great Smoky Mountains to go after, not one but three, sasquatches who have killed tourists and rangers alike. The variety that he finds are bigger and more ruthless than any he has faced before. And the mist for which the mountains have become so famous prove to be a formidable obstacle.
He engages in the fight of his life that no one ever anticipated. He finds help in unexpected places, but is it enough to find him returning safely to his friends and the woman who waits for him to come home safely.
