Supreme Court Hears Arguments on State Bans for Transgender Athletes in Women’s Sports

SCOTUS this morning heard two oral arguments about state bans on transgender athletes performing in women's and girls' sports. Both cases are being heard on the basis that this is infringing on their rights if they are banned from participating.
