An Intriguing Journey of Generational Trauma

The author does an excellent job narrating this memoir. She fearlessly and honestly examines the topic of family trauma and its generational impact. This is a fascinating listen as it forces one to examine the demons ruling our own lives and explores the various ways we can confront them. This is not "fluff" as the honesty of past and present wrongs is raw and unapologetically delivered. It made me see some patterns in my own family in a new light.
