All the evidence points to Marin being the killer—and maybe much more than just that—but Kieran can’t stop trying to help her sister while becoming friends—and maybe more—with the ADA assigned to prosecute the case.

Great Series

This series has intrigued, suspense, and love connections that fills your heart. I wish there was a follow-up book covering all their lives and stories.

Best of the series

I loved this one the best. The new MC introduced in this book are excellent. I love the narration it was excellent all through the series

Excellent writing, story, and narration

I loved this book. It was multifaceted and very entertaining. Great writing-great narration. Highly recommend

I Should Have Read the Book

This is the only book I've "read" from this series, so I didn't have an established connection or a vestered interest in the various sub-plots. Which is fine. The story is good. My biggest difficulty is with the narration. The reader sounds like an AI story teller. Maybe worse. She has very little inflection, just going from one sentence to the other. The two MCs, Kieran and Carina, are obviously distinguishable in the reading. But both names begin with a hard "C", and without the narrator distinguishing the different characters through vocals, I was constantly asking myself who was who. I'll be sure to avoid Blair Baker in the future. Her voice was very grating.

Interesting, fun, mysterious

It kept you guessing and entertained, from start to finish. Narration was really good too. I would give this book two thumbs 👍🏾 up
