Hauntingly realistic

Many post-apocalyptic have zombies or nuclear war. Not that nuclear war is that impossible, but we’ve actually seen what it looks like to go through a pandemic. It’s also nice to see a perspective other than nihilism as the base philosophy. Yea, some people will return to base animalistic behavior… But others will turn to faith and pursue a return to society. Overall a great read and performance.

Greater than myself

In my own life, I’ve had many opportunities to be a part of something greater than myself, and my own self interest in this story really brought me back to those places are related to the main character and his journey and longing to be a part of something meaningful and to care for those that he loves. Truly great characters good character development, great adventure, realistic development of the world in the book very good book.
