Cringey
It’s like an amalgam of unsubstantiated social media hacks being narrated by a creepy Duggar… I tried to hold on and see if there was some substance beneath the style, but this person claims to have felt amazingly better only since sometime last year, during which the book was also written and published. That’s not even sufficient anecdotal data. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s AI generated. Don’t waste your time!
